Even when not shooting, you'll still need to protect your gear with a good waterproof camera bag. It's a must-have, especially when transporting your camera—which can be tricky due to the unpredictable weather.
Keeping your gear safe and dry shouldn't be a problem with something like a multi-functional waterproof backpack. Choose a backpack with soft-sided waterproof storage for your camera, another waterproof case for additional protection, self-draining mesh pockets, and more compartments for all your extra equipment.
